Your courses, progress, and certificates are safe. We're updating how you sign in to Scalefusion Academy — here's what's new and what you need to do.
Starting [date], the existing Thinkific username and password login is being replaced with Scalefusion account-based Single Sign-On (SSO) — the same credentials that work across the broader Scalefusion ecosystem.

Sign in and continue learning
Until now, your Scalefusion Academy account was a standalone Thinkific login with its own username and password. Going forward, sign-in is handled through your Scalefusion account, giving you:
You don't need to manually create a new account or migrate anything yourself. Here's what's already taken care of:
Three simple steps:
1. Set your password
Open the password reset email from Scalefusion and follow the link to set your new password. The link is valid for a limited time — please use it within [X hours/days] of receiving it.
2. Sign in to Scalefusion Academy
Visit learn.scalefusion.com, click "SF SSO Login", and enter your email and new password.
3. Continue where you left off
You'll land back in your courses with everything exactly as you left it.
You'll briefly see the Scalefusion sign-in page at app.scalefusion.com — this is normal and secure. After signing in, you'll be sent right back to your courses on Scalefusion Academy.
If you run into any trouble during or after the migration, reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out quickly.
I didn't receive the password reset email. What do I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and request a fresh one. If you still don't receive it, contact us at [email protected].
Will I lose my course progress or certificates?
No. Every enrollment, lesson completion, quiz score, and certificate has been migrated and will be available the moment you sign in.
Do I need to create a new account?
No. We've already created your Scalefusion account using your existing email address. You only need to set a password.
Can I keep using my old Thinkific password?
No. The legacy login will be retired on [date]. After that, only the Scalefusion SSO method will work.
Is the sign-in secure?
Yes. Sign-in uses industry-standard secure authentication. Your password is never seen or stored by the learning platform itself.
What if I forget my new password later?
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page at any time to trigger a fresh reset.
Thanks for being part of Scalefusion Academy.
